We regret to inform you that EMBLE service will be discontinued on Wednesday, December 31, 2025 at 23:59 (JST).

We sincerely appreciate your continued support and patronage since our launch.

All EMBLE services will be terminated at the above date and time.

【Immediate】Suspension of New Purchases

As of today, all new purchases of embroidery data will be suspended.

【Until December 31, 2025】Download Period

Until the service end date, you can download your purchased embroidery data. Please complete all downloads before the end date.

【December 31, 2025 23:59】Complete Service Shutdown

The following services will become unavailable:

• Download of purchased data
• Access to My Page
• Access to account information

1. Log in to EMBLE
2. Access 'Purchase History' in My Page
3. Click the 'Download' button for each item
4. Save all purchased data to your device

Important Notes:

• After the service end date (December 31, 2025 23:59 JST), no downloads will be possible
• We cannot redistribute data or provide compensation, so please download within the deadline

License for Downloaded Data

Downloaded data can continue to be used in accordance with the "Download Contents License Agreement."

To Our Creators

We will contact creators who have provided embroidery data separately regarding sales payments and other matters.

Personal Information Handling

After the service ends, your personal information will be handled as follows:

Account Information: Will be deleted on the service end date
Transaction Records: Will be retained for a certain period as required by law, then properly disposed of

A. We generally do not offer refunds. However, if you purchased shortly before the service end date, please contact us individually.

Q3. What if I forget to download my data?

A. We cannot provide downloads after the service ends. Please download all data before the deadline.

Q4. Will free downloaded data also become unusable?

A. Downloaded data can continue to be used. However, re-downloads will not be possible.
